Do not modify the art in any way, shape or form without my permission

The art shall not be used to mint or upload on any NFT/Blockchain platform

The art shall not be used to train any AI models or used/published in an image generation pipeline of any form, paid or free

Do not claim the art as your own, and you must credit the artist (Selene Lionheart)

Place your order through the commission form or Discord

If the client wishes for an immediate response, please note that I am mostly active on Discord

I usually take 1-3 days to respond on X/Twitter and Email ([email protected])

Please provide references and pose as clearly as possible for a more streamlined workflow

If the client has a designated deadline, please inform me before the slot confirmation

Rush fee (+50% of the total price) may apply if the client has a short time frame to finish the order

Once we have discussed the request and the client wants to proceed, half of the total price must be paid upfront to confirm the slot within 2 days by default

I have the right to cancel the request if the client fails to pay within the time frame agreed beforehand

I will inform the client once I start working on the commission, and if there are any delays or emergencies

Revision can be requested 2 times for free

If the client wishes to modify/edit further, an additional fee of +$5 may be added each time

The commission usually takes 7-30 days, depending on the complexity of the request to be completed

I will not modify/edit the finished commission that the client has confirmed its completion in any case

The client will receive the original size and upscaled files (x500, x1000, x1500) with a simple background and without one as a PNG file

Commercial usage must be informed before the queue slot confirmation

All prices listed are for Personal Use only

Monetised Content will be charged +50% of the total price

Monetised Content, such as creation and distribution of digital end products, shared to commercial and monetised social and content platforms

Content Merchandising will be charged +100% of the total price

Content Merchandising, such as creation, re-selling, and distribution of value-added or derivative digital or physical end products made with the commissioned asset

If the client used the "personal use" artwork for any commercial purposes, the client shall pay the fine x4 from the original total price

I accept payment through Ko-fi only! PayPal is not accepted!

Additional fees may apply depending on the nature/complexity of the client's request

The total payment will be separated into 2 payments, the first for the slot confirmation and the other half when the commission is done

No refunds once the commission has begun
